Gregg Phillips has over 20 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in leading major technology and organization transformation programs in the public and private sectors. He is an expert in leading multiple, cross-functional integration activities and reviewing, assessing and making recommendations on organizational structure, business processes and workflows. Gregg currently directs activities related to quality management, quality control, quality assurance, process reengineering, organization design, systems integration, change management, and continuous quality improvement for major clients and state governments.
